1) Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the Active Man website and all associated educational content, services, and materials.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Active Man, an educational platform operated by Individual Entrepreneur Juha Taimisto in Azerbaijan.
• "Educational Content" refers to all guides, courses, articles, videos, and materials provided through the Platform for informational and learning purposes only.
• "Course" refers to a specific educational guide available for purchase on the Platform, including "Daily Gymnastics for Body Slimming," "Daily Gymnastics to Support a Lean Body," and "Nutrition for Slimming."

2) Nature of Services

Active Man is an educational platform that provides informational content about movement, nutrition, habits, and lifestyle routines. We explicitly state and emphasize the following:

• All content on this Platform is strictly educational and informational. It is not intended to be and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any form of healthcare service.
• We do not provide medical, fitness coaching, nutritional counseling, or therapeutic services of any kind.
• The educational materials are designed to inform and guide self-study. They do not replace professional advice from qualified healthcare providers, nutritionists, or fitness professionals.
• Individual results vary significantly. No guarantees of any specific outcome, result, or benefit are made, expressed, or implied.
• Before making any changes to your exercise routine, diet, or lifestyle, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional who can assess your individual circumstances.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the educational nature of our content and that you will not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.

3) Eligibility & Account

To use our Platform and purchase educational courses, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Our educational content is intended for adults only.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an order form, including a valid phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information.
• You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

4) Materials Use & Intellectual Property

• Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials for your own self-study purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our educational content without prior written permission.
• You may not share your access credentials or course materials with third parties.
• You may not use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract content from our Platform.
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are proprietary to Active Man or their respective owners.

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

5) Order & Payment

The following terms govern the purchase of educational courses on our Platform:

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Course Offerings:
  • Daily Gymnastics for Body Slimming — 5 AZN
  • Daily Gymnastics to Support a Lean Body — 5 AZN
  • Nutrition for Slimming — 10 AZN
• Order Submission: Orders are submitted through the form on our main page using the GET method. By submitting an order, you agree to purchase the selected course at the displayed price.
• Payment Processing: Payment is handled through secure third-party processors. We do not store or process credit card or banking information directly on our servers.
• Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Course materials are delivered digitally to the contact information provided in your order.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational products, all sales are generally final. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the course materials have not been substantially accessed or downloaded. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes, duties, and fees are included in the displayed price or added at checkout as required by Azerbaijani law.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We do not warrant that the educational content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• No advice or information obtained from the Platform or through our support channels shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACTIVE MAN AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury, illness, or health complications arising from following or attempting to follow our educational materials.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the course in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that the educational nature of our content means that outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that you assume full responsibility for any actions you take based on our materials.

8) User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or content.
• We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our Platform.

10) Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
• If you wish to terminate your relationship with us, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Baku, Azerbaijan, in accordance with the rules of the Azerbaijan International Arbitration Center.
• Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with any dispute resolution proceedings, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

12) Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a notice on our main page or send an email notification to users who have provided contact information.
• Make the revised terms available for review on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
